It’s official! I weighed in at 180.4 pounds on Wednesday, April 24, 2013. Since I started at 212 pounds; that means I have lost a total of 31.6 pounds since November 2012! At my heaviest I was 226 pounds (October 2012) which would make the total weight loss of 45.6 pounds.
The weight is still coming off very slowly. I was at 182.6 pounds for about two or so weeks and it was a little unnerving but I knew it would eventually break and it did. I still eat the same stuff I’ve been eating and have my cheat meals every Saturday; so nothing has changed just my body adjusting to the new lifestyle I guess.
