Typical day of what I eat

I weighed in at 194.8 pounds today! Yea! I thought I might list what I eat during the day on my diet to get where I am today.

Breakfast

Morning Snack

  • Apple
  • Banana

Lunch

  • Salad
    • Spinach, Brocoli Sprouts, Goji Berries, Red Bell Pepper, Cucumber, (sometimes Carrot and Red Onion)
  • 6 ounces cubed cooked Chicken Breast (put on salad)
  • 1 Tablespoon Salad Dressing (low in fat, salt and contains no “bad” stuff listed on my No No List of foods)

Afternoon Snack

  • Pear
  • 6 Brazil Nuts

Dinner

  • 6 ounces of Tilapia
    • Cooked in skillet with small amount of Olive Oil and a lot of Lemon Juice and Black Pepper
  • Cooked Carrots
  • Mediterranean Kale Salad
  • Hummus and faux pita (Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Tortillas) ezekiel-tortialla

I hope this helps someone out! I did find out that I can not have more than 6 ounces of Chicken Breast a day – I will not loose weight.

Bed Time

I have my Flor Essence tea.

    • 2 tablespoons at night with 3 tablespoons water
