Week 1 on Weight Watchers

Well, I made it through the first week and I didn’t think I would loose any weight because I made some grocery store mistakes. I thought I was buying food that was in the Core Plan I’m following and found out it was part of the Flex Plan instead (points).

But it didn’t turn out too bad. I weighed in at 218.2 (-2.4 pounds from the previous week of 220.6 pounds)! Not a huge loss – but a good one. I usually loose 1 or 2 pounds a week and that is just about right. Nice and slowly.
