I weighed 204 lbs this morning. My diet is not even a “diet” right now and I’m just going to focus on the gym and get my food in order when I have a bit more money in a week or so.
I was busy working out and also busy organizing things in my mind. I figured out what to eat on the new diet I’m making up. It needs to be very inexpensive, practical and easy to follow.
I also worked on what to add to my blog under the iPod section. This was prompted by the semi slow track I was working out to. I was hoping the new OrbitalGrooves podcast would be high energy music to help me work out but it was more middle to low energy music. Not bad but very slow to start and then never really hit the peak I needed it to. Plus I like more vocals and this was pretty much music only.
