Day 3 of gym

Okay, I need to modify my diet. Today I weighed 203 lbs. The gym was mostly empty due to the rainy weather. Good! Less competition for equipment!

I really like my iPod for working out! I had a great selection to listen to and it really motivated me to work on the elliptical trainer for 20 minutes as oppose to my usual 15 minutes. And I was really working at it too!

Tonight they are going to draw my PowerBall numbers. Just warning everyone that I will be rich and powerful on Thursday. The amount is up to $340 million dollars!

    Interesting the lotery is $340 million dollars here too. I guess I can’t wait to see if I got lucky :-)

    Steve, I am so proud of you guy. Keep up the good work. May be I will see you at the gym someday when I get my butt there again.
