I weighed in at 196 lb. today.
I made Peach Tea Sorbet last night and it is great!
For dinner I made a great “sandwich” consisting of a bed of lettuce leaf, slice of ham, sliced tomato, sliced avocado, crumbled cooked chicken breast, drizzled low carb ranch dressing and grilled green onion on top. It is served cold and was very good. So good, I’m having more for lunch on Thursday.
